IPA members participated successfully in the Can of the Year 2009 ceremony at the Canmaker Summit in Dubai. Our member Brasilata won a Gold Award in the General Line category for the innovative 18 litre UN-approved square can for dangerous goods. Huber (DE) won a Silver Award for the Porcelain Jar & Biscuit tin and received a Commendation for the VSOP Cognac Container. Glud & Marstrand (DK) was rewarded with Silver for their new concept of the drawn “Cupcan” Fiskeduserne.
